These were the best pork chops I ever ate! The marinade was bold and full of flavor. The amount of sauce was perfect and even better no need to let it marinate. I will make this every week from now on.

I am always looking for something different to do with pork chops and watched Paula make these. It was so simple to put together and grill. The first word out of my husband's mouth was YUM!!! This is definitely a keeper!! I would give it 10 stars if I could!

OH MY GOSH, this is so simple and so amazing. The meat was juicy, tender and danced on my plate. Fix extra and chill overnight, slice thin and put on a salad.......still juicy and tender the next day

What a fantastic recipe! I made double the glaze (with Makers Mark and used boneless pork loin chops. (Adjusted grill time accordingly. I put the garlic and rub on, and a little glaze and then let them set to come to room temperature (little more than an hour and they were just perfect!

My husband & son raved and raved while having dinner. The pork chop was very very tender! The glaze was great!! I did rub with 2 garlic cloves, and cooked them on a charcoal grill until they reached 165 degrees. (with a food thermometer Will definately make this again and for company!

I thought the pork chops themselves were very tender and that is always important but the sauce was just OK for me and my family. We will enjoy these pork chops again mainly because it was a fast receipt and the veggies that go along with this segment was awesome as well.
    Thank you

Used the glaze on some pork chops that came from a 4H pig that my grandson raised. EXCELLENT. I followed the advise of a previous reviewer and halved the Dijon mustard. Also might have gone a little heavier on the bourbon. Hey, I like Bourbon! Going to try this on BarBQ chicken breast or maybe a BBQed whole chicken.
Great stuff and seems very versatile.
