Really good recipe... here's how it could've gotten a 5 from me: Double the recipe, reserve 1/2. marinade the pork in 1/2 of the liquid for 2+ hours... continue with the Paula Deen recipe. I served it with corn on the cob and candied carrots. Delicious!

I thought this was very good and easy. Next time I will double the sauce as we could have had a little bit more. I also just used salt and pepper instead of the house seasoning.

Oh please....these chops were average and I did turn the channel because I could not tolerate hearing one more "yes Mam" in that squeeky, chipmunk-like voice. She came across as sincere and genuine as Giada. Blechhhhh.

I don't understand how this received an Average Rating of only 3 stars when out of 8 reviews 5 stars were given and the other 2 had 4 ?????
Paula has never made anything that was not delicous and these WERE!
I cannot wait to make the choc pound cake.

That comment about "Jennifer Tilly clone" wasn't very nice - stick to reviewing the food or change the channel

These were fantastic! I saw them on the show and the directions on the show varied from the recipe in print. I added salt and pepper instead of "House Seasoning". I also added the minced garlic to the glaze instead of spreading it on the pork chops and it was great that way, not too garlicky. I followed all of the other steps as written and used a good Bourbon, which I'm sure made a difference. Very easy and a great way to make pork chops more special!

Delicious! The chops, per your preference, taste great. A second use of the "bourbon sauce"...on pork tenderloin. A dinner party with 5 couples...the bourbon sauce on tenderloin won! This recipe is a keeper. Annie , Fremont , CA

The pork chops were very good. We did them outside over charcoal. Low and slow!! They were very good.
I have made the house seasoning a while back, we do try to cut back on sodium, so I used about 1/2 the about of salt Paula calls for in her recipe.
As I posted yesterday about Katy, She's a nice, sweet southern girl. The world would be a better place if we all had such nice manners. I wasn't born in the south, but I got here as quick as I could!
