    I used 2 tbs of dark rum and I cooked it about 5 minutes longer than specified. It cut easily, had great texture, was chock full of nuts, but not quite as sweet as I was looking for. This pecan pie was so tasty you'll want two pieces- I'm still searching for a recipe that makes a pecan pie so rich one slice is plenty!

    We made this pie for Thanksgiving and it was fabulous. I actually even cooked it too long and it was still irresistable! Recommend this one with vanilla ice cream!

    So, so easy to make. First time every making a pecan pie and it was absolutely fabulous! My fiance who doesn't like pecan pie because it is to sweet, loved this pie. I only put in one Tbsp. of Jim Beam and cooked it for almost an hour. I am making it again for Christmas for my family!

    This was delicious!!!!! The bourbon added a great flavor to the pie. I cooked it for 50 mins. Will make again.

    A nice, easy pie. Very strong Bourbon flavour even though I cut back. Will cut back even more next time. Used pre-toasted, chopped pecans. Cooked the pie twice as long as specified, yet it still didn't quite set up in the middle. Don't think it's all a time issue. Will add an extra egg yolk next time. Otherwise, nice pie. Easy to make.
