This was really good but I thought it had to much brandy flavor in it. Next one I made I used only 1 tablespoon and that was perfect.

Loved the taste of this Pecan Pie and it was so easy to make. Have used a lot of your recipes Paula and haven't had a bad one yet!

This was my first time making a pecan pie, I was always afraid I'd mess up.
This turned out great, my family loves it! I had to cook it about 45 min and should have put foil over the edges of the pie (they got a little dark. I will make this one again!!!
Thanks Paula!

I have to say this is my first time making pecan pie. I found this recipe and gave it a try. Anyone can make it. I went without the rum and just added rum exract it was still good.Plus I really had to cook my pie much longer then the suggested 25 minutes " my time can close to a hour". Only thing I didn't like was it was the first couple of seconds of taste were a little bitter, but the pie was excellent the next day.

Loved the pie! I usually make a "classic" pecan pie and wanted to try something a bit different... wonderful flavor from the bourbon! My husband thought it was fantastic too!

I have made many a pecan pie, but had never tried one with rum in it. The flavor was so good!! But the custard part of the pie was running like syrup. Next time I will try to cook it longer but the top was already very brown and I did not want it to burn. But the flavor was so good we liked it any way!!
