I made this as an appetizer for a girl's night and everyone loved it. The directions don't say to roll out the puff pastry but I think you must in order to enclose the brie. I recommend this recipe - it will truly impress.

This is sooo good. I love brie anyway, but the cinnamon and walnuts were a great addition.

Just made the Brie En Croute. It was so easy. Had a wonderful taste.
Just wanted to let SoSo a little imformation. When you thaw your puff pastry out. Unfold it and roll it out a little. It will fit your Brie alot better. Paula rolled it out a little when she made it on the show. Wasn't added to the instructions of the recipe.
I made it with Splenda brown sugar, because my husband is diabect. It still was excellent. Paula love your show. I watch it twice a day.

This is the most delightful dish to serve with wine. My husband is allergic to walnuts, so I substitute pecans and everyone loves it!

Since I was hosting my mother-in-law's 50th birthday party, I was a bit leery of trying a new recipe, but I had seen how beautiful this turned out on the show and gave it a try. ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! Also, it turned the brie into a sweet treat that even the kids enjoyed. Everyone was impressed, and my mother-in-law (after 4 years, now finally thinks I know how to cook. THANK YOU, PAULA!

This is an impressive appetizer. It really is no fail, except I always have trouble getting my cheese a nice melty texture (why I rated it 4 stars.
I think it is melty at first...but tends to harden up pretty quickly. Overall, I am keeping the recipe for the future when I have lots of company over to eat it!

i forgot to add the cinnamon, and it was still wonderful. my guests actually preferred it without cinnamon as many don't like the spice. a very impressive dish and so easy.

I made this for guests last Christmas and got rave reviews on my "fancy" creation. If only they knew how easy it was! I plan on making two this year since it was devoured so quickly. Thank you Paula--you're the best gal!
