I can never get the brie to actually begin to melt and the presentation isn't that great.

As an avid brie lover, I am constantly looking for new ways to enjoy. This recipe was delicious. I did modify it a bit though. My boyfriend and I cut the brie in half with floss, and stuffed it with the walnuts, sugar, and cranberries. It was very good with the combination of the crunch and sweetness of the cranberries. We will be making it again!

This was a huge hit at my dinner party. I made 4 of these ahead of time, and my guests couldn't wait till the next one was coming out of the oven! I didn't even bother trying to tie the pastry at the top. I just folded it over. You can't sweat the small stuff, y'know? I will make this again and again!

My neighbor and I always make brunch for xmas morning and I served this dish. Everyone thought that I must have gone to some where fancy and got it to serve. I didn't tell them that the hardest thing was to remember to thaw out my pastry dough.

I am a novice cook but I have made this dish on several occassions: appetizer for girls night, picnic snack and even Thanksgiving. It is fairly simple to make yet looks involved. The best part is people LOVE It!! I now get requests to bring it to events.
