I've made this recipe for the past two Christmas seasons. Each time I get rave reviews. The combination of the brown sugar, nuts and brie is perfect, and of course the puff pastry is always delicious on anything! This has become a family favorite and a MUST HAVE at our house.

Our family is not used to so much fat. The recipe was one I had looked forward to trying. The puff pastry was not really big enough to stretch over the trimmed brie and therefore caused the cheese to spill out in the oven.
The flavor was good, but just too rich. The timing was not long enough to really brown the crust. It was tossed.
I love Paula but this recipe I would not make it again.

I had this at a party and loved it (almost ate the whole thing myself! I have made it several times since then and I am always asked for the recipe. One addition, roll the pastry a bit before placing the brie on it.

This was so easy to make and very delicious. I am not a good cook, but thought I would try it out for Christmas eve. It was awesome.

I had the pleasure of enjoying this tastey appetizer last night at a dinner party given by a friend. It was a huge hit with all the dinner guests. She served it cut into wedges with grapes and star fruit and it was delicious. I'm not a walnut fan but even those were tastey. I'll definately make this myself.

This recipe was so simple to make and really delicious. Rather than serving it with crackers, I served it with sliced Fuji appes. I will definitely make this recipe again and again.

This was WONDERFUL & all too easy to make. Devoured in minutes. Served this both for family & a girls night & it was excellent. Definitely recommend serving right out of the oven though, otherwise the Brie starts to harden up. Another winner from Paula!!!! :
