    My mother-in-law also did this with Laughing Cow Swiss-Awesome! I actually liked it better than the brie. It is a very mild swiss-tasted like dessert.

    This dish was gobbled up within minutes at my party. All the guests were raving about it. Best of all, it was so simple to prepare. Another absolute winner!

    Brie in pastry has been one of my favorites for years. A local restaurant served it with apples or pears, grapes and crackers. Many variations are possible too. A local store has brie with cranberries and nuts or savory with herbs. I will try this recipe. It sounds so good. Also good as a light dinner and salad or soup.

    I served 2 of these at my oldest daughter's graduation party, my middle daughter prepared one and I prepared one. Both of us found it very simple. The guests raved about it. The presentation was so pretty, my guests thought I bought it. Thanks, Paula you are the best.

    This is easy, delicious & it looks great! It is sure to WOW your guests. I found that this holds up just fine without using the kitchen twine to hold the dough together.

    I made this for the holidays ages ago and every time my family visits they request that I make it again. So easy but such a nice presentation (even if you can't get it nice and gathered on the top. I tried it with a mild Portugese cheese and it was just as spectacular. Is Paula looking to adopt a daughter?;
