I made this along with many other snacks for a party I was throwing over the holidays. Well it was the first to go and I now get asked either to please bring it or for the recipe so much I have made copies of the recipe to give to my friends that do not have a computer rather than having to tell the over & over. It was so very easy to make my 8 year daughter made it the last time with very little help. Itis a great crowd pleaser because it looks so elegant. THANK YOU

Oh my Gosh!! That's all you can say when you taste this! Pure Heaven! Made it for a new year's eve buffet and it was the first thing to go! Luckily I had prepare a second just in case. Paula great recipe!! This is definitely a staple in our house. Great to have the indregients of hand for unexpected guests!

Very easy to make, but WAY too rich for my family. It was nice to cut into and see the cheese melting out, and a beautiful presentation, but I think it was the flavor of the Brie that we didn't like. We could only eat about five crackers with this on top, before we tossed it into the trash. And talk about a tummy-ache! Love the show, and most of the recipies, but this is not a keeper.

I made a little change and used the macadamia nuts with the bourbon mixture rather than this one and then the puff pastry.
Delicious!
It looks very fancy with very little work and you can't do it wrong.

I fixed this for a New Year's Eve party and it was wonderful. It has a taste similar to apple pie served with a slice of cheese. Except for a couple who don't like brie, it was loved by all and several wanted the recipe. I did everything except bake it about two hours before, kept it refrigerated and it turned out perfectly.

This is an amazing recipe. The pastry melts in your mouth. Tip: Make sure when you serve this it's piping hot. YUM!

My family thought this dish was a little on the sweet side. Next time I will just bake the brie with the puff pastry and maybe a litte herbs.
