For someone who comes from a large family it isn't easy baking something during the holidays that everyone loves..but the brie was not only pretty but wonderful!! For once everyone was happy!!!

Very simple and delicious. The presentation is lovely. Everybody will oooh and aaahhh. The brie cuts very nicely, however, this only served 4 as it was so good 4 people decided to gobble it right up. I would make at least 2 of these next time and bake them side by side. Another winner, thank you Paula!!!!

Incredibly easy, even more delicious that it appeared on the show, and a huge hit my friends and family. This is a definite keeper!

This was so good and so easy. Most puff pastry you buy isn't big enough to use the string, so I just smushed it together on top and it turned out just fine. Also, crushed walnuts might work better for a crowd? Regardless, a fantastic idea for entertaining! Thanks Paula!

I have always loved brie, but this with the nuts and brown sugar, wrapped in the flaky pasty sheet was out of this world. My family had it for a Christmas treat and will simply inhaled it! I can't wait to make it again. Thanks, Paula!! You are simply the BEST!
