Nice easy recipe! It is very sweet however.... I wouldn't use the full amount of brown sugar next time I make it.

SUCH A FABULOUS APPETIZER! I made this last Easter, and it was WONDERFUL. So easy to make. I used Pillsbury Crescent Roll dough instead of puff pastry because that's what I had, and it still came out beautifully. Everyone loved it, and it's a great way to serve something more interesting than just plain old cheese and crackers.

Made this for some friends this weekend--it was gone in 10 minutes or less. So easy and delicious! Will definitely make it again.

Made this for a holiday party this past weekend & it was a huge hit. The presentation was beautiful & it looked like it was ton or work... but it was quite simple to pull together. As others suggested, I did cut the rind off of the top & sides of the brie.

Very easy to make and it was just delicious. I received a lot of good feedback on this and will definitely be making it again! I did cut off the rind of the brie before preparing and I also let the pastry puff defrost about 50 minutes because it was too stiff after only 20 minutes. I served with water crackers.

This is a delicious recipe and a very elegant presentation. It looks far more difficult than it is. This is a dish that scored hugely at Thanksgiving with a notoriously picky group. Along with crackers or bread I serve apple wedges and grapes. Wonderful! Thank you, Miss Paula!

This was really fabulous!! It will be my new appatiser I take everywhere. The only change I made was to use pecans instead. I find that walnuts seem to cut up the insides of your mouth sometimes. This was just so tasty you can't walk away.
