After reading other reviews I was a little leary. So I only used one egg, 3/4c of the mayo, and added a little extra cheese. It was delish! It got raved reviews and it was the first dish to be wiped out at our thanksgiving dinner. Even one guest who doesn't like broccoi couldn't stop eating it (right out of the casserole dish!. Next time I make it I will probably follow the recipe (except for the cheese just to see... Definately a keeper.

This has replace our family's traditional broc/cheese/rice casserole for Thanksgiving. The only change we make is: Add 2 cups of cooked rice.

This recipe is terrific and easy. My family has been making this casserole for years. We have even gone to the extent of adding chicken (shredded or cubed to it and it becomes an all in one dish. We of course add much more cheese, but thats because we like it cheesier than Paula made it.

I loved this recipe!!! I did however doctor it up a bit. I used 1/2 cup of mayo and a 1/2 cup of sour cream. I cut chicken into cubes and added that it, and also some sauteed onions. I did not add the soup (because I forgot and cooked for 30 minutes..... DELISH!!

I made this for my broccoli loving boyfriend and it was DELICIOUS! I hate broccoli and even I loved it. The only change that I made was that I chopped up 12oz of fresh broccoli instead of using frozen.

I have been making this for years. My family and friends love it. I do it alittle different. My daughter can not eat mushrooms, so I use cream of celery or broccoli and cheddar soup. I usally double the recipe and use one of each soups.I also sub 3/4 cup parm cheese for the cheddar and sprinkle 1/4 cup on top.I think it is a good blend of favors and not bland.

I used cream of chicken soup instead of cream of mushroom and I added a little sour cream and it was delicious and a crowd pleaser!

This casserole is delicious! I haven't tried to make it yet, but my sister in law has(which is how I tasted it! She says it is simple to make, so I can't wait to try it out myself! Give it a try!
