To give a little bit more flavor, I replaced the mushroom soup with chicken cream soup, and decreased the mayo. It is a family favorite.

Made this for Thanksgiving and we loved it. My 11 yr old grandson finished the leftovers the next morning before 10 a.m. I used Cheezits instead of crackers and sprinkled some shredded cheddar over it before I sprinkled it with the crackers. Delicious! Will be making it often!

My Father and fiancé both got seconds of this at Thanksgiving. I used cheese crackers for the crumbs, and put a couple shakes of ground red pepper, as well as a few other spices in it to add some flavor. Yum!

I found this recipe this year when looking for a vegetable side dish for Thanksgiving. This was a huge hit and I wouldn't change a thing. Of course I happen to LOVE mayo so I didn't mind the amount at all. I always salt frozen broccoli when cooking so the dish did not seem bland to me. Definitely a keeper and I will be making this for Christmas dinner as well. Thanks Paula!

Yummy, but as other reviewers have said it is a bit bland. The second time I made this I added 2 to 3 ounces of cream cheese and 1/3 of a cup of mayo. I also added garlic salt, pepper, and some butter to the broccoli while it cooked, it was so good!!! Not healthy, but good!

This was a great recipe! So delicious, I loved it!! I tried to lighten it up and make some changes, so I can use this for a one pot meal. Here are my chages:
-Sub mayo for Greek Yogurt (I used 0 fat... next time I will use 2%
-I went with fresh broccoli and steamed it (next time i will cut into very small pieces
-Add 1c shredded chicken
-Add 1/2c slivered almonds
-I went without the butter and sprayed the top with canola spray
-I added 1 tsp of salt and 1/2 tsp of pepper
Next time I think I will add a touch of milk and some diced water chestnuts. I will also add cheese to the cracker crust.

This is a delicious recipe and I've made it several times, however, it's obviously not a healthy one at all. Realistically speaking, you'd be better off just having steamed broccoli with a dab of butter.

Yummy! I made it my own by adding sauteed onions, garlic, tad bit of cream cheese and elbow pasta topped with panko. We tried two other recipes for our Thanksgiving get together, and I think this is the perfect one to take. All the credit goes to Paula Deen. Thanks!
