This casserole is delicious! I haven't tried to make it yet, but my sister in law has(which is how I tasted it! She says it is simple to make, so I can't wait to try it out myself! Give it a try!

Forgot how great and easy this broccoli casserole was. Made it last night for a dinner party and every single bit was eaten!

I just saw this recipe on Paula's show a few days ago, and decided to make it the day after. After reading how some people thought it was too much of a mayonnaise taste, i tweaked the recipe a little. I used 1/2 cup of mayonnaise and 1/3 plus one tablespoon of sour cream instead of the full one cup of mayonnaise. I also used cream of chicken soup instead of the cream of mushroom. Try it the way i did and you'll fall in love.

Very Good & Easy recipe. I did not add the butter on top. I find sometimes Paula's recipes are too buttery/oily - sorry Paula. It tasted great without the butter.

my family and i enjoy this dish every thanksgiving. its very creamy and soo delicious! our only difference, we put slices of butter on top of the crackers so its a bit more crunchy on top. highly recommended!

I've made this several times and almost every time I make it for a party someone asks me for the recipe. It's a dish I also serve at Thanksgiving and Christmas.

This was very good. A great weeknight veggie meal. I used breadcrmbs instead of crackers, threw in some thyme, parsley and fresh mushrooms and it was still good. Was even good cold. Next time I think I will half the mayo and see how that turns out.
