I made this casserole for a gathering of ladies. I substituted 1/2 of the spinach for chopped broccoli. It was a tremendous hit! I will make it many more times!!

I wanted a new vegetable recipe for Thanksgiving and decided to make this casserole after seeing Paula make in on her show. I was very brave to serve this for the first time to 20 people without ever having taste-tested it. Not to worry! It was delicious! It is very rich, however, so I would plan on small servings, making the dish actually serve more than it states. It was also great as a left-over.

I made this for my family. It was very easy to prepare, however it was lacking in flavor. Even my culinary-inclined teenage daughter didn't like it. Sorry, Paula!

Umm, if you don't like mayonnaise, do you think it's a good idea to make a recipe that calls for a cup of the stuff? I can't believe some of the low ratings I've read where the reviewer says something like, "It tasted too much like mayonnaise." Duh. If you don't like mayo, don't make a recipe with it and then complain about it. Use your heads.

My family has been making this casserole since before I was born. It is made for the holidays and most requested at every pot luck. When I am asked the ingredients... I admit... I am a bit embarrased. Now there are so many other family and friends making the dish that I have to ask before bringing to a potluck, or we will have duplicate dishes. Add left over turkey or chicken before baking, even better.

This recipe took me about 5 mins to put together and then I got to put it in the oven and forget about it. My husband hates mayo and he liked the recipe. It was tasty, fast, and easy. I'll definetly make this again, maybe next time w/ some more cheese. I don't have a single complaint.

This was awful! Saw Paula prepare it on TV and thought I'd try making it this holiday instead of the usual broccoli casserole I've made for years using Velveeta, rice, onion, cream of celery soup, and milk.... IMO the broccoli casserole using the Velveeta is a much tastier recipe. Sorry Paula:-(

I have never enjoyed a broccoli casserole as much as this one. My entire family loved it. We had it for Christmas Eve dinner and it was the favorite of all. Definitely will be making it again and again. Very pretty dish. The eggs definitely fluff it up. The consistency is almost like a quiche. This is a real winner!!
