My mother in-law made this for my husband and my father in-law's birthday.
The casserole was really good...
she didn't use cream of mushroom soup.
Grandma can't have it.. so she put cream of celery in the casserole. it still came out good!!

I love Paula, but this recipe is for a Mayo lover. I was very disappointed. The Mayo takes the entire meal over. My husband said it was okay and my children said they did not like it at all. When making this recipe, I would suggest not including the Mayo at all.

We did not care for this at all. It's one of those recipes where you take one bite and say, "Hmm. Pretty good." but by the second bite, you've had too much.

This is a wonderful new twist to brocolli. It is filled with flavor and ssssssssssoooooooooo easy to make. I'm always asked for the recipe.

I try to always keep the ingredients to this casserole on hand. It is delicious and such a hit with my family. when I can't figure out WHAT to make, I make this. It's so good that when I made it while visiting my parents, my younger brother who still lives at home and only microwaves, asked me to leave him the recipe so he could make it for himself. That is really saying something. Paula, you were right, this is a wonderful recipe that every girl should have in her file.
