    After reading other reviews of this recipe I decided to use less mayo too. I also made a smaller portion. I used a tiny amount of egg because I didn't want a quiche. My recipe turned out great!

    This was fantastic. I work at a daycare and little girl brought this in her lunch. It looked so good that I asked her mom for the recipe. She brought the printout from the website and I couldn't wait to try it. I added some rice and it was fantastic.

    Not like a casserole, but more a quiche texture. Too many things going on, the mayo, the eggs, the cheese. Not a very good flavor like I expected it to be with the broccoli and cheese.

    I made this quick and easy dish for my family of four. My husband and kids loved it. I decided to make it as a side dish for Thanksgiving dinner, it was gone in seconds. The story goes on and on. Thank you Paula for a wonderful big hit dish!

    Oh, I love Paula's recipes...but the mayo taste of this recipe was just too overpowering for my taste. But if you like mayo, chances are this is the side dish for you! :
