I found the flavor very bland and the consistency was more like a quiche..? I used saltines and cut out the butter. Maybe I'm just used adding onions. I'll stick with what I know. Sorry Paula.

not bad. I thought it was a little on the dry side. Wasn't that fond of the mayo and I am usually a big mayo fan.

You can easily lighten this up: use 1 cup of Miracle Whip Light, reduced fat cheese, 98% fat free soup, 1/2 cup Egg Beaters Garden Veggie flavor, 1 sleeve of reduced fat crackers crushed and margarine. Mix all together and add a splash of hot sauce. You can microwave the 2 boxes of frozen broccoli in the 13 x 9 pan for 5 min. on High and drain. Add broccoli to rest of ingredients already mixed and put mixture back in 13 x 9 pan to bake. Nice light side dish, not mayonnaisey or bland at all. I cut this in 9 squares - approx 4 WW pts per each serving for anyone who is counting points.

it wasnt a bad casserole, but i myself do not like the taste of warm mayonnaise, so it didn't taste all that good to me. it was very quick and easy to make (my fiance who can't cook at all made it for me and looked very yummy. except for the mayonnaise, it was really good.

This dish was excellent. It was very simple and it tasted so good. It said it serves 8-10 but it really serves 3 due to its tastiness. Paula, you're awesome!

I altered the ingredients some. Added cream of chicken soup, broccoli, brean beans, corn, & potatoes. Very tasty!

I had to cut this recipe in half seeing that I was doing a taste test on it before I made it for a family gathering. The only changes that I made was to cut down by half on the mayo and had to use cornflakes in place of crackers because I didnt have any and it was perfect. The next day I used the crackers and it was perfect to. I liked the cornflakes better though. Thanks Paula for a wonderful recipe.

A spoon full of paula helps the broccoli go down. This was a great recipe esp. for those of us who are not huge brocc. fans. I will def. make this again and again. Thanks Paula!!
