I will probably make this 10 times a year for my family,covered dishes and bringing to someone who needs a meal. easy, basic, and crowd pleaser every time.

My family loved this recipe. I loved the leftovers for lunch. Really liked the zipper bag trick to butter the cracker crumbs--will be using that for other recipes, too!

I really loved the flavor of this dish, but didn't so much like the consistancy. I would have rather had something less scrambled egg-ish. Otherwise, great flavor.

I ENJOYED THIS RECIPIE, BUT I DID HAVE TO ADD SOME SALT AN PEPPER TO IT. BUT OHTER THAN THAT IT WAS GOOD.

*Very* easy to make. A creamy flavor, but bland. I think fresh broccoli might be more tasty. Also needs some spice to it, in my opinion.
