How can anyone NOT give this recipe five stars? I have made this broccoli casserole many, many times, and every time it is delicious. I particularly like it because it does not contain onions. As a matter of fact, I have one in the oven for Mother's Day dinner tomorrow.

Love this easy casserole. Sometimes I add ground turkey and smoked gouda to add a different twist. Thank you, Paula!

This recipe was so easy. I took it to my family Easter dinner and came home with and empty dish; always a good sign!

This recipe was so yummy and was a nice change for Easter Sunday dinner! I didn't follow the recipe precisely though. I added more cheese (2 cups and I definitely seasoned (as the recipe didn't call for any by adding some Lipton Onion Soup mix and plenty of garlic powder and salt and pepper of course. I was a little worried about the texture of the dish being too "egg-y" and quiche like, but it wasn't (I used 2 small eggs from the farm.

I appreciate her recipes and flair for southern cooking. I agree with another reviewer commenting on Paula using "y'all" every other word or using "son" the same way when her boys are on the show, it's really annoying! She must be trying to fill in every moment with some sort of conversation, a moment of silence never hurt anyone.

Another great Paula Deen recipe. However, I did my own twist on this recipe and added an extra cup of shredded cheddar cheese to the top of the casserole before I put on the crackers. It made it extra cheesy, and it was great. I have also used Velveeta cheese slices and layered across the top, then added the crackers. That was very cheesy, too, and probably more so than the cheddar. However you decide to use this recipe, just know that everyone will love it regardless.

2 boxes just did not seem to be enough broccoli for the amount of the ingredients. A little soupie.

Eh, this was okay. I used fresh broccoli because it's what I had on hand. But I wanted to point out something else. If you watch Paula's video on this recipe, notice how she doesn't say "y'all" once during the entire segment. Now watch current videos of Paula and notice that every sentence has "y'all" in it. Same with the Neely's. I'm from the south and say "y'all" on occasion and watching newer shows with Paula and the Neely's just bugs me. Lay off all the "y'alls" and I'd watch more episodes. Just annoying.
