Um what? DELICIOUS! Great great greatness! I'm a pescatarin so I omitted the bacon, and I hate raisins so those were eliminated. Only used half the amount of sugar. Added cucumbers and hard boiled eggs. Used a mixture of shredded Parmesan and cheddar cheese. Used fresh diced Roma tomatoes instead of cherry.

I well definitely continue to make this on a regular basis. THANK YOU PAULA

This is a great recipe! I don't use the chunk cheddar, I use shredded cheddar cheese and I use dried cranberries instead of raisins, they give it a better flavor and no bacon. I have made it several times and people love it!

Delicious. I left out the onions and tomatoes (not a fan and put in turkey bacon (can't have pork but it was still very flavorful and delicious. I've been looking for a recipe that had veggies in it that my husband would actually enjoy and I've found it!

I made this for my family for Easter weekend. I made 3 salads but this one was the favourite of everyone, it was all gone. I used half Gouda and half cheddar cheese. I steamed the broccoli and the chilled it before adding the rest of the ingredients, everyone said they preferred it to a raw salad. For health sake I halved the bacon, I chopped it into fine pieces before sautéing it.

This was great, I used truvia in place of the sugar, and it was great even the next day (I didn't use as much truvia in the recipe as was called for of sugar.
