    This was delicious. I had been looking for a recipe for Broccoli salad, and this one seemed to fit nicely with ones I had had in the past. I served it for Thanksgiving dinner, and my guests found it delicious. Other recipes I have seen called for red wine vinegar, but the regular white vinegar worked just as well. I also substituted shredded cheddar cheese from the grocery store, just to make it easier.

    I made this for the first time and took most of it to a pot luck supper. It was a hit. My husband ate what was left at home and told me to make that any time. We loved it.

    easy, pleasing and pretty! Major party pleaseer, I was trying to leave home with it and my husband is saying,"..just one more taste, come on just one more!"
    This will definitely be in regular rotation at my house.
