Delicious.......I left out both the cheese and tomatoes........just wanted the basic broccoli salad. I did however add a handful of sunflower seeds which I do with carrot salad as well.....little more crunch. Plus, I threw the broccoli in the food processor to chop up finer.....we don't care for huge chunks of uncooked broccoli.Perfect amount of sauce depending on how much broccoli you use........."one head" is a little ambiguous so I just accommodated the sauce ratio - common sense. Served with "Five Spice Grilled Chicken with Hoisin-Maple Glaze". The salad was the perfect foil...........DEELISH!

Really delicious! I subbed cranberries for raisins and used low-fat mayo. Could have used more broccoli and something crunchy (almonds? and the recipe made too much dressing but still really really tasty!

Ding Ding. We have a winner. My husband likes this rendition better than my mom's. I think I might too... shhhh... I only used half the dressing and added a tablespoon more of vinegar to give more of a kick.

My husband was surprised that it tasted so good as he's not a fan of Paula's cooking style. I did reduce the amount of sugar. Will definitely make again.

My entire family loves this dish. I also lightened it up a bit by cutting back on the cheese and using 50/50 Greek yogurt/light mayo substitute. Yummy!

Not too much new to add to the already sparkling reviews. An outstanding summertime salad! I did take some suggestions and used the microwave bacon and shredded cheese. I also added the juice from half a lemon to the dressing and I liked the result. This recipe is great because I had a big bag of broccoli flowerets and I just added the rest of the ingredients until I liked the proportions. I loved the tomato...with the bacon and broccoli it's a little reminiscent of a BLT.

The perfect summertime side dish to almost anything! I leave out the raisins and tomatoes, and instead add dried cranberries and slivered almonds. Such a great combo of sweet, salty, tangy, crunchy, chewy goodness.

This was amazing! So simple to do but so delicious. It gave a very fresh, clean taste that wasn't too heavy on the palate. Perfect for summer gatherings.

Wow! This was a great salad. I made the recipe exactly as written and I'm glad I did because I wouldn't change anything. I made it to accompany my July 4th picnic and was it ever a great hit.
