Easy and yummy, my guests loved it. Blanched the broccoli for less than a minute and put it in iced water to stop the cooking. It leaves the broccoli perfectly crunchy without the raw flavor that I do not enjoy.

Very easy to make. My husband loved it. Cool side dish for the summer. Used shredded cheese because that's all I had at the time.

I left out the raisins as the salad is perfect without them just the way it is. Everyone loves this salad and it's very easy to make.

I suggest using 1/8th of a cup of Agave Nectar instead of sugar!!! I make this salad all the time. Huge hit with my family and friends. My 4 and 6 year olds beg me to make it and love it for leftovers too. My 6 year old loves it in her cold lunches. Mmmm, mmm, mmm!

I made this for the July 4th. Everyone loved it. I left out the Tomatoes since my wife doesn't like them. As others suggested I used 1/2 Cup Mayo and 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt. I also used Shredded Cheddar instead of the chunks.
Will definitely be making again.

I made this for a party and received several compliments. To lighten it up, I used another reviewers suggestion and used half mayo/half plain greek yogurt. Everything else I kept the same.

MMMMmmmm! I just finished making this and snuck a bite before I put it in the fridge to marinate. Just the right balance of sweet and sour with the dressing. I will be making this again, and again:

I deleted the tomatoes and added a 14 oz can of mandarin oranges instead. OMG....this was the perfect addition and gave it an ASIAN twist.
Note- when you buy the can of mandarins, buy the ones in their own juices and not in syrup.

This recipe is always a hit! Sometimes I add a sprinkle of sunflower seeds and some frozen peas to the mix. It's definitely a keeper!
