This was the first time I have ever made Broccoli Soup. The recipe was so easy to do and it taste so good. I didn't have half and half so I substitued canned milk, undiluted.

I made this for my family and agree that it is easy and tastes good... it seemed to need a little extra something. I added cheddar cheese to give it a little extra flavor

I found this soup to be good and easy. Whipped it up even when I didn't feel like cooking...after cleaning all day. Definitely a keeper.
