That was soooooo good! It tasted MUCH better than I had imagined it would.
I stumbled across this recipe while I was looking for a chocolate covered bacon recipe for a work breakfast potluck. Bacon and 2 ingredients you probably have in your cabinet plus its super easy.
One tip. I took the bacon off the rack and onto some napkins to drain. Don't do that. It can get stuck and you'll have to peel it off. Parchement paper, foil or waxed paper works nicely.
If you like bacon, you have GOT to try this!!!

This is more like a 10 star recipe!!! This was AMAZING!!! I may add some cayenne pepper next time (I don't even like spicy food but I think it would take it up a notch!!! This would be wonderful chopped and sprinkled on top of a Spinach Salad... I can't wait to make it for my kids!!! This is one recipe you must try!!! And, it's Super Easy!!! Thanks Paula!!!

My friend made these as an appetizer after we played MahJongg all afternoon. WOW! It was deeeelicious. My son will be coming for a visit and I am going to knock his socks off with this one. Thanks Paula!
