    These bar cookies were very easy to make. My daugthers 4 and 3 loved making them and also eating them.

    Wow.. just wow. This recipie was super easy to do and the results are super good. I had to use walnuts instead of pecans, but they seemed to work just as well.

    This has got to be one of the most delicious and easy dessert recipes I make. The family LOVES them and I will admit that most of the time I double the recipe and add a LOT more nuts. I use pecans, walnuts and sometimes a mix of the two of them.

    I was looking for a great blondie recipe, and came across brown sugar chewies. Though not as 'cakey' as a blondie, the flavor is perfect and more intense than the usual blondie. I also love their chewy texture. They also come together in a snap, which is perfect for a busy family like mine.

    I tried making this the otehr day and a couple neighbors and friends treid it and said it was okay but really sweet. i personally think it tasted like pure brown sugar and it had a bad texture.It fell apart too easily and I wasnt satisfied with the outcome.I wouldnt recommend this recipe to anyone.

    I made these and took them to a Memorial Day barbeque and they were a hit. I had many requests for the recipe. This recipe is definitely a keeper as well as quick and easy to make!
