This one is definitely worth the try!
This is one of my favorite recipes. Yes I have a sweet-tooth. I recently found it and I make a double batch (at least every time. There is never a left-over cookie at any party I've brought them to.
Thanks Paula!

They were okay. I didn't have the nuts which after tasting them, I really think they need for a contrast in textures. They almost satisfied my sweet tooth, so I'll def use the nuts next time. I did add the pinch of salt which they needed. I wouldn't say they were bland but they do need some icecream or fruit to make them a well rounded complete dish. Thanks Paula!

I have been making these for quite some time now and DH and I love em. Recently I wondered what they would be like as cookies. I dropped them by teaspoonfuls and gave them pleny of room to spread. Delicious! Crispy on the edge and soft inside. Watch them close, mine took about 10 minutes.

I didn't have any nuts on hand to put in, but next time - I might just add a few extras like cinnamon or some pumpkin spice. The pan had not even cooled off before my son was in there, before I could dust it with the sugar. These are sooo soft, moist, and tasty. The best part too was that I didn't have to go out and buy ingredients, I always have those particular ingredients available in my cabinets :

I left out the nuts since my family doesn't like them. Really glad I made a double batch, they are not even cooled off yet and my kids and husband have devoured more than half the pan. Lovely buttery brown sugar toffe-esque flavor! I did add a healthy pinch of salt as suggested in some of the other reviews.
