Hands down quick, easy, and well balanced flavor. I have thrown in some fresh thyme, and the flavor just rocks! Very savory

I love this recipe! Even my picky eater daughter-in-law likes it and she thought she didn't like brussel sprouts. My son will ask me to make it for him. It is an easy recipe and quite tasty--not bitter at all! I made them for dinner last night along with Paula's Barbecue Meat loaf--another family favorite! Thank you Paula for such great recipes!

I absolutely loved this recipe and I dont like brussell sprouts. As far as health goes - eat in moderation. I dont make it every week, just for company to pump it up a bit. To kimmiem43 and many like her, this is a review section not a sounding board for your feelings about how we should eat. If you are not reviewing it after trying it, your comments knock down the rating and mislead people like me. Why do you even bother watching Paula, whom I love, if you think she's unhealthy. Spend your time joining a cause!!!!!

my family loves vegetables but brussels sprouts are not
their favorite. Made this recipe it was a hit. They
ask me to double the recipe the next time, soon
they said. Thanks Paula you rock. Love when
you have your hubby, sons, and people from
your restaurant on with you. You are so much
fun to watch.

I have been making Brussel Sprouts similar to this for years. The only difference is that I use slab or thick sliced bacon and carmelize the onions. Also, I always mix the the bacon bits into the onion and sprout mix before adding the broth. Sometimes I will brown the sprouts up a bit to give them that added sweetness.

I have never reviewed an item on this website because I am too lazy to create an account but after making this recipe 6 times over the last few months I felt it necessary to share how good these brussels sprouts are. My husband and 2/3 of my picky children love these which is not bad. I never have leftovers no matter how many I make because they taste so good.

Love this recipe! I have 4 small children ages 7, 5, 3, & 1 and they love it! Brussels Sprouts have always been one of my favorite veggies and this is an awesome recipe for them! I actually added some sugar to my pan with the onion for a nice caramelization and it also gave the sprouts a nice glazed appearance. It was great and my family ate every bit of it....no leftovers!
