I never try a new recipe when friends come over, but after I made this, I delivered some to every neighbor who was home and they all loved it as much as we did!!! We doubled the shrimp, and cut the scallops, and seasoned to our taste. Added parsley before serving...

When cooking any recipie that calls for extra heat or spices, I always take the kids portion out prior that final step, just an idea...

Super easy to make. Can double on the shrimp if you're not a fan of scallops.

It was *okay* i wish i had read some of the reviews first. I definitely would saute the shrimp/scallops beforehand. It was pretty bland. I was expecting it to be creamier as well and it just never got thick enough. I added a ton of salt and pepper.

I like the idea of it, just needed more spices or something.

made this for easter dinner. very disappointed. it is really bland. i ended up adding more red pepper flakes, sundried tomatoes, & basil to recipe to give it more flavor. I love Paula, but I will not be making this one again!

So easy to make, and turned out JUST like the picture. Loved it! I used white wine instead of vodka (because we didn't have any vodka, and it was great next time I think I'll try it with the vodka.

This recipe is great. I added 1 tsp instand of 1/2 tsp because it wasn't that spicy. I also added some salt. If you like vodka sauce then you will love this recipe.

Good simple recipe and not a lot of ingredients, but putting the seafood in the sauce with no seasoning was strange...the seafood was bland and just "there" Next time I will saute the seafood in the olive oil, remove from pan then make sauce and add seafood at very end before serving...

When I chose this recipe I was wanting a creamy flavorful sauce. It was very bland. I even added some ingredients to the leftovers trying to make it better, but it just wasn't that good. Sad that I did not satisfy my seafood craving. I figured I couldn't go wrong with Paula but I wouldn't recommend this.

I like hot so it wasn't hot for me, just follow the recipe and add more at the table if needed. This was so quick and easy, I was tempted to add in mushrooms and spinach but wanted to taste it first to see what the sauce could take??? Still contemplating and decided a big salad would do the trick on the side but next time I might also add some breaded veal cutlets and their juice to the sauce at the end! For some reason I wanted a richer flavor in the sauce.
