These were super yummy, Hubby loved them, but not enough kick for me, so I put some sauce on my top bun and Zing!! Love watching the show and can't wait to try more of your recipes!!

Paula, you are so much fun to watch! This recipe is such a keeper - we absolutely loved this! I made the recipe exactly as stated but did not butter the rolls as I recalled occuring on the show so I will try this next time. The bleu cheese sauce is so delicious that I will definitely use it for other recipes. I used peanut oil for frying and the chicken came out light and perfect. The lettuce and tomatoes added a nice fresh flavor that balanced the hot sauce really well. Thanks so much for sharing this dish - it is definitely great for Superbowl!

AWESOME!!!! Pauls & bobby are amazing chefs!!! These are the best!!! The blue cheese dressing was hands down the BEST I've ever had!!! I'm making them again this weekend for a party! Can't wait!!! XOXOXO Deen family!!

I made these sliders for the m-i-l and they were a huge hit!. The kids loved them as well. Can't wait to make them again. Thanks Paula for another amazing recipe!

These were so crispy and light- great for a quick weeknight meal. I tasted the first piece, and thought it didn't have enough kick, so I drizzled some hot sauce over as they came out of the pan, and they definitely ended up with more flavor to them.

AMAZING!! These will become a staple in our menu...The kids eat up the chicken and the hubby and I eat up everything else!! So so so super yumitastic!!

LOVED, Loved, Loved... I made these and they were wonderful. I actually marinated my chicken all day in Franks Red Hot and then followed the rest of the recipe. I added Mozzarella cheese on top...Awesome!

This chicken was so tasty! The hot sauce and the self rising flour give this chicken an amazing flavor. I don't like blue cheese but decided I would try the sauce. I'm glad that I did. The flavors blend so well, and it really adds even more flavor to the chicken. I didn't make them as sliders, just as a dinner dish. Really, really good!

OMG!!! Sooooooo good! Best ever! The combination with the buffalo wing sauce and the blue cheese! So Good! Will make it again and again! Go Bears!
