This recipe is awesome! It is impossible to not have it turn out great! It is an easy side item for any meal and certainly is a hit for dinner parties! I just buy the pre-peeled baby carrots at my grocery store and throw them into the skillet with the other ingredients...so simple, no hassle! Highly recommend!

So good that I could eat the entire dish by itself and I don't really care for carrots so that says a lot!!

AMAZING! I'm not a big fan of cooked veggies.........but these were sooo delicious! Made them as a side, to Paula's Oven Fried Chicken. Not a bit of them were left over by the end of the meal. Definitely a keeper!

This recipe was great everybody loved it, it is a lot of cutting up the carrots for how much it makes, but this one is defiantly a keeper!

Carrots were delicious, I halved the pepper other than that, stuck to the recipe. I had made some butter earlier in the day so this dish was down home good! A keeper for sure...

These carrots were fantastic! I didn't add as much pepper as I should off, just in case. But next time, I will. These paired perfectly with Paula's Oven Fried Chicken.

This was so easy to make and really delicious! I added 1tsp of pepper instead of a tbsp that the recipe called for and it was perfect! Definitely about to become a staple recipe in my house because I loved carrots. All the goodness here without having to roast them with a pot roast.
