Good dish. I made a few "cheaper" changes. I used imitation crab and imitation lobster b/c that is what I had. I also used white wine instead of sherry. I used a pre-made pie crust and brushed it with garlic butter. It was pretty good overall.

It wasn't bad...but as we are crab connoisseurs we were a little disappointed. My husbabd couldn't tell if it was crab in the pot pie or chicken. I thought I even used more crab meat than the recipe called for. I am not sure I will make it again.

YUMM! Very good. I added a half pound of peeled shrimp just to have some more meat in the pie. I also used potato soup instead of clam juice. Enjoy!

I used cream of potato soup instead of sherry and clam juice, and mixed veggies instead of peas. It was easy to make and tasted fabulous! I will make this one again!

I modified this to make it work for my family.. We are seafood lovers so this is what i did...
I used 1 lb crabmeat, 1 lb peeled shrimp, 1 lb peeled crawfish tail and sauteed with seasonings , onion, garlic, until done, ( not crab yet a can of cream of potato soup, about 1/2 cup white cheese sause and about 1/4 cup milk. line the bottom of my small bowls with pastry crust and baked until slightly brown. While that is browing add crab to sause and fold in to not break it up.. taste add salt and pepper garlic onion powder for a little extra, a pinch of cayene pepper and arugula cook about 5 minutes and turn off to set.you fill each bowl and top with more crust brush with egg wash bake until golden down...

Amazing thanks for the base of my husbands new favorite. I have vacuumed sealed the leftover bowls and out in freezer. Im having back surgery next week and he can pull them out and pop in oven for dinner or even after work easy: it is great....
