Great flavor! Will always do my fried okra this way. I like it a little extra spicy.

First time I made okra and it was delish!! I used regular chili sauce but added some asian seasoning, garlic powder, and some hot sauce. My 11 yr old grandson loved it too....his first time.

I grew up eating fried okra all the time. I tried this receipe and I liked the spices added to the flour. The okra fried up so pretty. Thanks Paula again for a great twist on a old southern favorite!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband, who is not a Southerner and rarely indulges in fried food, walked in the door tonight, took a bite, and told me later he could have eaten the entire plate. Paula, awesome way to update a classic Southern food. I grew up with a grandmother who used corn meal. Love the flour and corn meal mixture and the Cajun and garlic spice!
