I thought this was great. I read the earlier reviews, so I made sure the batter was thicker and used extra spice for my family. I also used the left over batter for fresh mozerella cut into sticks. That worked great too. Way to go Paula!!!

I was so excited to try this recipe, as Paula made it look so easy on her show. What I found was the batter did not stay on very well as it was cooking in the oil. I tried to follow the recipe exactly, but my onion kinda flopped. Oh well, I'll give it another try!

This is an excellent recipe. It is equally great as a batter for chicken breasts. It is a shame that some people who use Paula's recipes do not comprehend that they may add herbs and spices for their own particular taste. Great job as always Paula.

I have tried cutting everyway and using different instruments they sell and never came out. I did what she suggested and made batter thick and remembered the onion juices will make in thinner when added. I used her house seasoning in batter. It was great!!!
