My husband and I love this recipe, it's so easy and delicious. We even make it using shrimp sometimes.

This recipe is so easy and delicious! I had it for dinner but it would be perfect for an hors d'oeuvre for company. The pepper salsa sounds strange, but it complements the calamari perfectly. I thought that was what made the dish. Marinating the squid in buttermilk is crucial. It was so moist. Just remember not to overcook.

Has anyone else noticed that foodnetwork.com is the worst website ever? They have the best chefs, great TV and a horrible wesite.
Tell me the oil temp and we might have a recipe.

This was one of the quickest, esiest, and tasty recipes I have prepared yet! Enjoyed it majorly! Recommend you try if you like calamari. I was eating alone, so I only made 1/4 lb and it was the perfect amount for me.

My family and I all enjoyed it. Once we asw it being made on tv, we just had to try it. We made exactly as it was written. Thanks for the recipe it was very good

I was not sure we would like this recipe but gave it a try since our household really enjoys the heat from banana peppers. We loved the combination of flavors and I was impressed with the ease of preparation.I made it exactly as written. Yummy!
