These donuts are absolutely delicious and sooooo easy to make!!!! We liked all three topping suggestions. My family loved the cinnamon sugar and vanilla the best. I can't say enough about how easy and great these tasted!!!!

I made these as soon as I saw the episode, since I had all the ingredients on hand. It was fun and easy to do with the kids. My son said they are the best doughnuts ever.

My boys and I decided to make these doughnuts on a rainy afternoon and have added the recipe to our family favorites! Not only are they simple to make but are very, very, good. We experimented with different icings too! Our favorite?? Cinnamon & Sugar!!!

Wow,Paula. This was the best homemade donut i've ever had. It's best taken right out of the skillet to the frosting and to your mouth. Fresh and Hot! The chocolate ones were my family's favorite. This one's a keeper! Thanks Paula and Boys.

Paula Deen does it again! This is an amazing yet very simple recipe. I actually prefer the flavor of these over the traditional donut. And the kids...they LOVED them too! They had a blast adding their own special touch with the icing, frosting and sprinkles.
We will definitely be making these again and again.

I love this recipe! My kids think I am a genius for making my own donuts and they're soooo easy to make. I did these in our small deep fryer and they came out great. I'll definately make these again.
