I have been trying for years to make a good cranberry sauce and this recipe finally fits the bill. I added about 1/2 cup of pineapple I had left over from another dish and cut the nuts to 1 cup and my family loved it. Thanks again Paula!

I usually make a complicated cranberry orange mold for holidays, but I had just had surgery and wasn't up to that last Thanksgiving. After seeing Paula's show, I made this, and no one seemed to miss my old recipe! This year, I made this one only. Even non-cranberry fans liked it! One caution - it is best when made fresh. I traveled with all the ingredients separately and put them together just before we sat down to eat.

This was so easy and everyone was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. The mandarin oranges compliment the sweetness of the cranberry sauce.

I had this for Thanksgiving and it was attractive and delicious! A lovely and different way to serve cranberries.
I doubled the recipe, except for the pecans and walnuts, which I used one cup of each. Next time I will toast the nuts for more flavor. Really Simple Too!

We LOVED this recipe and it's staying on our holiday menu. So incredibly easy I had our 6 year old make it all by herself. She was so proud knowing that something she made was gobbled up by everyone.

Thanks Ms. Paula, this is a keeper no doubt.
