The broiled parmesan was a nice addition. We had frozen red/green pepper strips (for stir-fry on hand, so chopped those and used on hand purple onion, so it was quite colorful and tasty and very quick.

This was one of the easiest and best fish recipes that I have ever made. I used fresh snapper that my husband caught that day, and I added some red bell pepper for color. The fish did take longer to cook as reported - about 20 minutes and then only 4 minutes on broil so that the cheese didn't burn. Yummy!

This recipe is quick easy and delicious. My spouse thinks it is one of the best fish recipes that she has ever tasted -- I have made it twice -- UB

I love this recipe. I had guest over for dinner and this meal was excellent. It was easy to prepare and the flavors were awesome. My fish did take a little longer to cook because of the thickness, but it was great.

The dish was very easy to prepare, and pretty tasty. It took 20 minutes for mine to get done as well-- I guess the fish fillets she used on the show were on the smaller size.

I watched her do it, then tried it myself. It was so easy! The snapper that I purchased was a little thin, so I used 6 fillets (it also has bones, so watch out - I believe Paula says any white fish will do. It took my oven longer than 12 minutes to cook - more like 20 (but it's a little off anyway. I added some chopped red pepper on top for color, as Paula did on the show. Next time I would use much less butter (maybe half, and a little less parmesan to cut back on fat (there was a good layer of cheese on each piece. I'll also try the Lea & Perrins lighter "woostershire" for chicken and fish, just for fun and different flavor!
