This is a great fish dish. We eat fish a lot and this was a nice one to add to the mix. However, I don't think a stick of butter and a cup of cheese make for a lowfat dish. I drizzle a total of 1 T olive oil on all the fish and just sprinkle the parmesan on. Paula - I know you love your butter but don't feature this recipe on a show where light food is the topic!

Good flavor combination, but the peppers and onions are more tasty if sauteed until crisp tender before adding to the baking pan.

Good, but be sure to pair it with something starchy/salty/non-acidic. Otherwise, the peppers and onions are just too overwhelming. I'll try it again, maybe with some kind of seasoned rice.

This is a great recipe for how easy it is to make. The recipe as it stated results in a good tasting meal. It also would appear to be easily modifiable for different tastes.

A big hit! My husband who is not a fish eater gobbled it up!

It was okay. I had to cook it way longer than suggested and add some seasoning. Not too bad, though.

This is a great recipe! My husband is an avid fisherman and I am always looking for fish recipes. I used Mahi Mahi in all three times I've made this. Your could use any kind of mild fish, really. It may take longer to cook depending on the thickness. The last time I added yellow bell peppers to the green for color (and served w/a tomato-mozzarella salad--how pretty!!. Not only does this taste great, but it's super easy. Make sure you don't skimp on the butter and cheese--although you could slim it down--I think it makes it extra good. I've served this to company twice and they all asked for the recipe (even though they are not fish lovers.

I did this with Redfish and it was very good. We loved the paremsan crust on top! I will try this with Tilapia next.

I didn't have enough juices in the pan to baste the fish with (probably because I used only one tablespoon of butter instead of an entire stick but it still turned out good.
