    I just made these last week for the first time and they were awesome! I entered into a dessert competition and I won 1st place! So I recommend these bars to anyone who wants to try a new version of the classic comfort food.

    So yummy! But next time I will try the suggestion of a fellow reviewer who decreased the crust and increased the cheese cake filling. They also worked out well cut into bars.

    I made paula's recipe tonight for thanksgiving,and when it was ready to cut a few hour's later,i cut a piece for myself.It was so good,that noone will miss the applepie.In addition to the recipie i added cinnamon and nut meg to the cheesecake mixture as well as the apple's.I also doubled the recipe and made it in a 11/17/2 inch pan and it worked at well.

    This is the best I have ever had. Its cheesecake, its supposed to be sweet! My co-worker brought this in to work for us to try, and it was simply delicious. I had to get the recipe myself so I could make it to share! Deserves to be sold at the Cheesecake factory!

    I made these last year for my family and then took a plate full over to a football party. Needless to say EVERYBODY raved about them. Yes, they are sweet, but isn't that dessert is supposed to be? I did omit the caramel topping on some as I recall which did cut down on the sweetness.

    i love sweets but this was unbarebly sugary. the recipe does have potential with some adjustments. tastes alot like apple pie.

    These turned out wonderful. Made one batch following recipe exactly and one with blueberry pie filling instead of apples. Both batches were delicious. I will definitely be making this again!

    I have made this about 10 times since last year, and its a very big hit at all the family occasions, i plan on finding something new for next year but i'm sure i will make this again!
