These were delicious. I didn't find it too sweet, even with the caramel topping like some of the others, but I did need to add 10 minutes to the baking time. I think next time I would double up on the cream cheese filling.

I definitely won at the dessert table this year for Thanksgiving! Surprisingly light and yummy tasting. I opted out of the Caramel topping as i had read other reviews. To me, it would have been too sweet if added. It's not necessary. Delicious on its own! A MUST try!

This was so very good. Very rich and I love that as did my guest. Another recipe I will be keeping. I was concerned that the cheesecake would take a long time to bake but I only left it in 5 extra minutes even though it had the streusel topping.

Made this for Thanksgiving and it was a big hit. I needed to make it gluten free and it turned out perfectly. I used Bob's Redmill all purpose flour in place of the regular all purpose flour. I also substituted the butter for I Can't believe it's not butter sticks to cut down on the fat content. The crust was more moist than crumbly, maybe with the substitutions, but it came out great. Not too hard like other reviewers stated. I have no complaints about the ratios either. The cheesecake layer and the streusel layer were perfect. This is a must try. Yummy!

I made it for Thanksgiving dinner and people enjoyed it.
But I have a few changes to my tastes.
For crust, i used 1 1/2 cup of all purpose flour and 1 1/2 sticks of butter.
For cheesecake filling, I used 3 cream cheese (one light, two original and 3 eggs.
For apple topping, I put 1 tsp of cinnamon.
Also I cut everything in half for streusel topping.

I'm not quite sure why this is a five star recipe. I followed it exactly, even watched the video, and I thought it was nothing special. The crust was way too thick and hard. The streussel was too much. Both overwhelmed the cheescake in my opinion.

The flavours come together nicely. I found there was too much of the streusel. I omitted the caramel because it would be a bit too sweet for my taste. Next time I'll use less sugar and butter... but it's definitely a keeper recipe. Thank you!

Delicioso! I loved the aroma it released as I opened the oven door! It was fantastic, huge hit with family. This is a keeper.

Very good and easy to make. Decreased the streusel topping by half because didn't want to use that much better and it was sufficient. Also forgot to add the caramel topping and didn't miss it at all. In fact, the people I served it to thought the caramel would have added too much sweetness. Definitely would make again.
