I made these for my neighborhood book club meeting, and they were a HUGE hit. They are just delicious, and I especially like that you use fresh Granny Smith apples to make them. They're wonderful!

This was absolutely wonderful and super easy! My dish was smaller than 9x13 so it set up very nice. Once done and warmed, we topped with vanilla ice cream! It was a hit and we've made it 2 more times! Definitely a keeper.

Will definitely make again but with some changes. I will half the streusel topping, cause there was way, way too much (as many reviewers have noted. And I thought the crust was a little dry. Might try a graham cracker crust instead of flour next time. Otherwise, delish!

I made these a day early for my bunko group "just in case" they didn't turn out or weren't very good. They were SO good that I have to make ANOTHER pan for the bunko girls because we ate some and shared a lot - there are only a couple left now. Everyone who got a taste loved them. My only problem was not knowing if I was supposed to use all of the struesel topping. It seemed like a lot, but we've decided that we like them that way. Next time we may have time to put the caramel on before they're all eaten.
