I made these bars as a dessert at a brunch. Everyone, men and women alike, loved it. You don't need a big piece, because it is rich. I woul love to be eating one of these with Paula Deen. She is the best!!!!!!!

This was easy to make, although it had multiple sections to do. It was incredible. Not to sweet...just right. It goes a long way because of it's richness, you can cut in small pieces.

I found this recipe to be delicious; as well as easy to make! It was a hit at our SuperBowl gathering and the neighbors wanted the recipe. I just had to share it with my daughter! It was very sweet! Make sure to have milk or tea on hand!

I made this for the Super Bowl and everyone raved about them. They taste like you're eating apple crisp and cheesecake all in one dessert. They even kept great in the fridge during the week.

I've never seen my guest rave so much over something that was so easy to make.

I really enjoyed the flavor of this but I think next time I'd half the crust and the struesel topping. I thought it overwhelmed the cheesecake filling. Also, I think I might saute the apples for a few minutes before putting them on top of the cheesecake filling so they're soft in the finished product.

It's really good freshly made but it loses some of it's tenacity after the first day.
