SO SO GOOD! Paula Dean has come through again with a great recipe. Made this for the first time a few weeks ago and was dearly enjoyed! You can't go wrong with cheesecake, cinnamon apples, and streusel. This was super easy to make, a little time consuming chopping up them apples, but well worth it.

These bars were GREAT! Made them for a cookie exchange and they were a big hit! I wanted to bring something different and this definitely fit the bill!

I've made this half a dozen times now and it's always a hit. So rich, you only need one square but it's definitely a crowd-pleaser.

Easy and delicious! No caramel topping but didn't think it was needed - will make this again and again.

I made these for my family for Christmas and they were a big hit. Not only were they delicious, but they were something different from our usual desserts and they were not hard to make!

I made this for Christmas. It was easy and delicious. The only thing I will change next time is cut the crust recipe in half. It was too thick a crust in my opinion.

I made this for a holiday party and it was so good. I cut the recipe in half,(but still used 3 applesand made it in a 9 inch pie plate. The only problem was the caramel completely melted & disappeared into the pie after I drizzled it on the top when it had cooled slightly. Maybe next time I should mix a little flour or something in the caramel topping, not sure.

This was fantastic, I made it for Thanksgiving as a happy medium dessert. My husband isn't really a "sweets" fan, and the people who came over really aren't pumpkin fans. Well, i love cheese cake and caramel...so I won! Anyways, I made these bites of heaven and they were completely gone or spoken for as soon as I unleashed em! The only thing different is, I made my own caramel and put a few large drizzles; Needless to say im making them again for my husband to take to work and share with his team. And i have substituted two granny smith apples for gala's. Yummmy, yummy treat for everyone.

I made this for a fundraising event and in less than 6 hours of dropping it off my phone was ringing off the hook for the recipe!! This recipe is awesome and will remain a favorite in my dessert arsenal.
