It was like I had apple pie and cheesecake all in one bite! This was eaten in one day! Easy to make and assemble! Paula never fails me or my family!

This is the BEST dessert, if you love caramel, apples and cream cheese. Plus, the topping is cooked with yummy caramel on top, unlike similar desserts I have eaten in restaurants, where their ‘crispy’ topping is doughy. For those who don’t really like cheesecake, you will love this… my granddaughter hates cheesecake and loved this. This recipe, also goes a long way, but one bar will leave you wanting another.

The cheesecake was o.k. but the pie filling tasted canned. Would be alot better with homemade filling which is so easy to make.

This was my first time ever making cheesecake, and it turned out fantastic! It wasn't too sweet, or not sweet enough. It was just right! I didn't use the pecans, because I forgot them at the store, but it still turned out great.

Very tasty cheesecake! Not crazy about the apples so I made it again with glazed cherries! Yum!

Amazing. I also like to use other fillings for this as well. Cherry or blueberry cheesecake are delicious. without the caramel of course but you can drizzle a simple icing over the top for a more put together look.

Great cheesecake! I agree with one of the other reviewers about it being too semi-homemade. I made this completely from scratch. I used Paula's graham cracker crust recipe from her pumpkin cheesecake recipe, I made my own caramel sauce and my own apple pie filling. This was excellant!
