This was SUPER easy and impressed EVERYONE I know. They were shocked at how beautiful my little caramel apple cheesecakes came out. In a few hours it was devoured and I had mutiple requests for more! This is going to be part of my Thanksgiving table too! It's very little fuss, super cute, EASY...and it didn't take me even twenty minutes to prep! This is a recipe that is going to be passed down in my family for generations! Thanks Paula!

I loved this recipe so much I tried to experiment it with other pie fillings. In my experience, without changing the recipe, except the topping, blueberry fillings tasted better than the apple. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who likes to bake. It's easy, the video is great, but don't let the cheesecake get too runny, in my case it dripped off the mold to the oven a little bit. Thank you Paula Deen.

I haven't made this recipe yet, but due to all of the overwhelming comments, I have to try it! I'll be making it this week and I'll let everyone know how it turns out. I have made Paula's Oyster Dressing and Cheeseburger Meatloaf, both of which were a huge hit with everyone, so why should I expect anything less!

Delicious recipe and super easy to put together! I made it for my boyfriend's parents and it was a huge hit. I didn't have a problem with the cheesecake setting, but I put the caramel on before the cheesecake completely cooled and it ran everywhere.

The taste was great, but the cheesecake that was against the inner apple filling never set. I guess all the moisture in the apple filling caused all the cheesecake around it to stay mushsy and runny. I even tried to make the entire cheesecake again and cooked it an extra 20 minutes, and it was still not set on the inside next ot the filling.... if it would set correctly, it would be a rockstar dessert!
