I tried making this because the picture made it look good, holy cow was it AMAZING! it is also super fast to make. I made the crust for it too and it was still easy. Members of my family that don't like cheese cake LOVED this one.

This is my third time making this cheesecake. It comes out perfect each time. Me and my family love it!! It taste better than the store made cheesecake and it is very easy to make. DELICIOUS!!!

This recipe was a home run. I made it for Thanksgiving, and the entire table loved it. I would use a little less butter for the topping, and the filling and crust could even be a little less sweet (just a tad less sugar for it to retain more of a robust and balanced flavor. I plan to "lift and shift" the crust recipe for a carrot cake as well!

Turned out wonderful and everyone loved it. One of the best homemade cheesecakes we have had. I was unsure with the apples, but it gave it a wonderful flavor.
