    I made this last night for guest and one of them didn't like cheesecake so made a back up cake. I gave him a piece of each, and he said this was the best dessert that I have ever served and asked for seconds. I asked them all the rate it, and they gave it a 10+. I did use a 10"pie crust homemade, and cut my apples up on the crust and topping. came out perfect!!! Definetly a keeper and so easy! Thanks Paula, you did it again.

    This is the easiest dessert I know. You can change it up to fit your family's needs. I have made it about ten times in a month. Great to take to the sick and bereaved. I still am amazed how simple and tasty it is.

    I made this for Thanksgiving and did not come home with a crumb in my pie plate. It was a wonderful change from our usual plain-cheesecake-with cherries-on-top. It was so easy and so much quicker than my other cheesecake recipe. My family loved it!

    This cheesecake is fabulous and simple to make! (I've made three! Everyone says this is the new dessert I will be bringing to get-togethers! Thanks to PAULA!!!

    I JUST THOUGHT IT TASTED REALLY GOOD.. I MADE IT FOR A CHRISTMAS PARTY AND IT WAS THE FIRST PIE TO BE EATEN..I GOT ALL KINDS OF COMPLIMENTS ABOUT HOW GOOD THEY THOUGHT IT WAS..

    This just couldn't get any easier!! I made it the night before and probably wouldn't recommend that. It was still awesome, but the crust in the very center of the pie got a little mushy. And a couple of days later the whole bottom crust was gooey.....but still yummy!
