I made this recipe for Christmas. I made two, one for my house and one for my boyfriends mom. I got nothing but rave reviews for the cheesecake. EVERYONE LOVED IT! Thanks Paula!

This was so easy and tasted wonderful! Definately try it when you are trying to impress someone...you can't go wrong. The apple pie filling is way easier than cutting apples all day! You should sooooo try this. It will be the perfect dessert for holiday time!

I made this for our New Year's Day dinner with family. It was really outstanding. The apple pie filling I bought had really large slices, so I cut them in half vertically. I used a store bought 10-inch graham pie crust, which worked out great because the filling just fit. Next time I will chop the apples and toast the pecans. The flavors are great--and now I am thinking about peach or apricot filling with jam instead of caramel--the possibilities are endless!

Absolutely fantastic !! The quickness of preparation is a big plus for this choice of dessert. I had a group of 26 persons over for dinner, and they were from Sri Lanka, Australia,Jamaica, Barbados, Grenada, Antigua, British, American. Good thing I made 2 along with another dessert.
The pecan nuts MUST NEVER BE OMITTED.

I made this pie for our Christmas Eve dinner with our family and was it ever a hit. I couldn't believe how easy it was and then to have it taste that good was a plus! Everyone loved it and I will certainly make it again and again!
